Green Drinks

drinks can be juiced or blended if fiber is needed. I also use 2C of Kale instead of 1C and I use Lacinato Kale which has a much deeper color. I also use a 1/3 or less of a Lemon, adjust to taste.

 

Juice Recipes

 

1 Cup Kale
1 Green/Red Apple
1 Stalk of Celery
1/3 small Lemmon no outer skin

 

1 C kale
1 red apple
1 Mango
1 banana
1 stalk of celery
Piece of Lemmon

 

1/2 peeled cucumber
1 green Apple
4 oz organic Beets ~2 med beets
1/2 peeled lemon
10 medium organic carrots
1 handful of organic parsley
1 handful of organic Spinach
1 large Kale leaf
Big slice of ginger
